Because our products are custom-made and printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been printed correctly according to the design and details you provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that issues can sometimes occur.
If your order arrives damaged, or if we made an error in printing (such as the wrong size, design, or product), please contact us at info@gangsheet.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include the following in your email:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund.
Ensuring Print Quality
To achieve the best results, please review your artwork carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any errors in designs, low-resolution images, or incorrect content provided by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
